1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Our platform is only available to individuals who are at least 19 years old (or the age of majority in your province) and are physically located within Ontario, Canada. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Geographic Restrictions
Access to our platform is restricted to eligible Ontario residents who are physically present within the province. If you attempt to access our platform from outside Ontario or while not physically present in the province, we reserve the right to restrict your account and/or terminate this Agreement.
4. Account Registration Rules
To create an account with us, you must provide accurate information about yourself, including your name, address, date of birth, and other required details. You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your account profile at all times.
5. One-Account-Per-User Policies
You are not permitted to have multiple accounts on our platform unless we have explicitly granted you permission to do so in writing. If we discover that you have created multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close one or more of those accounts and/or terminate this Agreement.
6. Identity Verification and KYC
We may require you to provide identification documents to verify your identity and comply with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with our verification processes, which may include providing additional documentation as required by law or regulation.
7. Account Accuracy Obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your account profile is accurate and up-to-date at all times. If we detect any inaccuracies or discrepancies in your account details, we reserve the right to restrict access to your account until the issues have been resolved.

9. Login Credentials and Password Protection
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with anyone else or permit anyone else to use our platform in your name.
10. Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

11. Bonus and Promotion Rules
To be eligible for bonuses and promotions, you must meet our eligibility requirements (set out above) and comply with all applicable terms and conditions governing those offers. By claiming a bonus or promotion, you agree to be bound by its specific rules and restrictions.
12. Wagering and Gameplay Conditions
You understand that each game on our platform has its own unique wagering requirements, gameplay mechanics, and payout structures. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with these conditions before playing any game.
13. Bonus Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to bonuses and promotions if we suspect that you have engaged in bonus abuse (including exploiting loopholes, using multiple accounts, etc.).
14. Deposits and Withdrawals
Depositing funds into your account is subject to our standard payment processing rules and regulations. When requesting a withdrawal from your account, you agree to provide us with all necessary documentation required by law or regulation.
15. Verification Before Withdrawals
Before we can process any withdrawals for you, we may require verification of the details you have provided on our platform. This includes verifying the ownership of bank accounts and other financial information.
16. Processing and Review Procedures
We reserve the right to review all transactions made on your account, including deposits and withdrawals. We also reserve the right to delay or refuse payments if necessary for regulatory compliance purposes.
17. Responsible Gambling Expectations
You agree that we are providing you with responsible gambling tools and services as part of this Agreement. You understand that these measures may not be sufficient to prevent harm from problem gambling, and it is your responsibility to monitor your own behavior and seek help when needed.
18. Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions
We offer a self-exclusion program for customers who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from our platform. By using this service, you agree that we may restrict access to your account during the excluded period without liability for losses resulting therefrom.
19. Game Fairness and RNG Systems
All games on our platform are governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems designed to ensure fairness and randomness in gameplay outcomes. We reserve the right to audit or test these systems at any time, but you agree that we may not make any such changes without reasonable notice.
20. Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform during technical interruptions or maintenance periods. If a game is interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.), we may void any outcomes resulting from that interruption without liability for losses.
21. Suspension or Closure of Accounts
If we detect any suspicious activity on your account, including but not limited to unauthorized access or gaming anomalies, we reserve the right to restrict or close your account immediately and/or terminate this Agreement without notice.
22. Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership
All intellectual property rights (including trademarks) in our platform, logo, graphics, software, and services are owned by us or our licensors. By using our platform, you agree that these rights remain vested with us at all times.
23. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any special damages resulting from the use of this Agreement, including but not limited to consequential damages, losses (whether direct or indirect), and loss profits.
24. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at our discretion without notice to you. Please review these terms regularly as changes may be made periodically.

For questions about this Agreement, please contact us or telephone number. We will respond promptly to your queries within our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST).
26. Applicable Licensing or Regulatory Oversight
Our platform is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") under the relevant legislation.
By using this Agreement, you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between us, which includes all applicable laws and regulations governing our business. If any provision in these terms conflicts with local, state or national laws, such provisions shall be automatically deleted without effect to the other remaining provisions of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration using a reputable third-party service provider as determined by us in our sole discretion.
